FieldSync™ started building ready-to-use mobile solutions to help businesses improve their processes and efficiency, using the PointSync platform. The first solutions were targeted toward specific industries including automotive and healthcare.

Darrin Harris

Darrin has spent 25 years in corporate IT in varying leadership roles including development, IT governance, project/program management, infrastructure management of networks and unified collaboration, as well as mergers and acquisitions. Darrin brings his exceptional team leadership skills to the table, and oversees everything from dev ops, IT, engineering, operations, product management, solutions, and sales. Darrin graduated with a Mechanical Engineering degree from Stanford, but he’s a die-hard Pacific Northwesterner and loves spending his spare time outdoors and coaching youth sports. He and his wife live in Boise and travel around the West visiting their three children at their respective colleges.

Erin Hutchison

Director of Operations and Project Management

As Director of Operations, Erin provides organization management and oversees financial, human resources, admin and project management operations. With 10 years’ experience in project management roles at software firms, Erin comes equipped with outstanding talents in recruiting, staffing and team building. She’s a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Certified Scrum Master (CSM). Around here, we call her the ‘fireman’ because of her adept skill at putting out fires; but she’s also the one who reminds us when we need to take a break & play CatchPhrase for a prize straw skirt. When she’s not cracking the whip at Kordata, she can be found on the golf course or taking in a baseball game with her husband and son.

Kari Herzog

Director of Customer Solutions

Before she was cranking out product requirements, Kari learned her first programming language in the 5th grade. She’s been working in enterprise mobility ever since, even developing client solutions for Palm products back in 2000. With 9 years of experience at the company (our resident veteran!), Kari is responsible for creating and managing our product roadmap. Kari wears multiple hats around the office and is fueled by passion for technology, a desire to succeed and Bagel Fridays. If you’re looking for her on the weekends, technology might not help you at all, as Kari is likely outdoors or enjoying live music with her husband and daughter. Go Vandals!

John Baisch

Senior VP of Sales and Marketing

If you can think of a job in the tech industry, John has probably done it. He’s been a senior field engineer in the semiconductor industry, a technical review writer, relationship strategist and a product manager for both hardware and software. Now he’s the head of our Sales & Solutions Team- managing sales, solutions and customer relationships. John’s goal is to make a difference for our customers. Around the office he’s a high-energy, take-on-all-comers problem solver, who loves speaking with different business leaders and identifying new markets for our solutions. Out of the office, John’s hobbies range as wide as his job experience, including snowboarding, camping, hiking, golf, pottery, glassworks and spending time with his wife and dog.

With experience ranging from pharmaceutical sales to custom home contracting, Bill embodies the true entrepreneurial spirit in Idaho. Bill was initially drawn to Kordata by the potential it brings to a variety of industries, and currently serves as our Chairman. He  believes Kordata can have a positive impact on improving the lives of both companies and individuals on a very large scale. He loves to stop by and visit the dedicated and encouraging team that works to bring this solution to the marketplace. Bill and his wife Laura live in Boise with their two teenage daughters. Their favorite local sports team? The Bishop Kelly Knights, of course!

Lifetime Oregonian, Terry Aarnio, joined the Kordata Board with over 30 years’ experience at Oregon Iron Works, Inc. During his tenure with OIW, Terry was responsible for the corporation’s operations during its greatest period of technical growth and expansion. Oregon Iron Works merged with Vigor Industrial in July 2014, and Terry currently serves as the Vice Chairman of Vigor Industrial, LLC. OIW was named one of Oregon’s Most Admired Companies in 2008 & 2009, and Terry received Oregon’s Small Businessman of The Year award in 1993. He’s served on the board of directors for various steel industry boards & associations in the Northwest and nationwide.

Janna Miller

For over 15 years, Janna has been a key contributor in the evolution of Kordata. Since starting her primary business, Inclusion of Idaho, she has been fascinated with mobile data collection. As the largest Idaho provider of services for individuals with developmental disabilities, Janna recognized the need for a solution to capture critical data remotely, hence sparking the creation of MobileDataforce. Aside from being an entrepreneur, she is a wife and mother of three.

David Pickett

Member

David led Kordata to its current position through his tireless and disciplined leadership style. As a board member, he will continue to provide guidance and influence towards achieving success for an idea that has been 15 years in the making. He’s a Stanford Cardinal with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and a Master’s in Aeronautics and Astronautics. David earned an MBA from Harvard, and put in some time at Lockheed Martin designing, implementing, and testing steering command software. David lives in Portland, OR where in addition to his next career adventure, he’s usually helping his three kids commute between school, soccer, sailing and skiing.

After several years as a Project Engineer with the Minnesota Highway Department, he set out on his own and founded Highway Services, Inc., which specialized in concrete pavement repair, grooving highways & runways, and “diamond grinding” concrete highways for smoothness. Odds are that he’s probably built a road (or two!) in your state, your home state,and the states in-between. He has served on various industry boards & associations over the years, but now brings his expertise to the Kordata team. He and his wife, Peggy, live in Scottsdale, Arizona.
